Yoram "Jerry" Wind, marketing professor at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and head of its SEI Center business think tank, reveals the findings from its Advertising 2020 research project and their new book, Beyond Advertising: Creating Value through All Customer Touchpoints. Advertising 2020 pulled in insights from CMOs, marketing agencies and business leaders around the world to try to figure out how marketing is going to look in the year 2020 and beyond. It revealed some remarkable new trends, including why a new marketing strategy featuring "M.A.D.E.S" and "R.A.V.E.S" will remake business as we know it.
