The Walt Disney Company comprises a portfolio of brands in entertainment, travel … you name it. Real estate is another one. In this case, it’s a residential community — Golden Oak — only four miles from the Magic Kingdom of Walt Disney World. And while it’s not engraved, this invitation to visit makes sure the prospective homeowner feels special.
The front of the cream-colored 6”x9” carrier envelope is simple. The logo dominates the corner card, although you have to squint a bit to see that Golden Oak is “A Walt Disney World Resort.” A tagline at the bottom sets the tone for the rest of the effort: “A Legacy Community For Happily-Ever-After Memories.”
