Aria’s Email Teases a New Level of Hotel Luxury
A hotel known for its upscale amenities kicks things up a notch with an email that highlights its latest offerings.
Mailer Name: Aria Resort and Casino
Date Emailed: December 8, 2015
Situated in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, Aria opened in 2009. It has won acclaim for its artwork, its LEED design features as well as other innovations. The subject line of this email promotes its latest addition: “Introducing ARIA Tower Suites with this indulgent offer.” A photo of the spacious lobby tops the HTML. “Introducing luxury at its finest,” the headline reads.
Some guests are likely already used to a certain standard in their accommodations. For them, the next paragraph lays out a few basics of the “heightened experience.” For example, rooms come with up to 2,000 square feet of space. And as an incentive, the email also offers special rates and a $200 credit for booking. A tap or swipe of the button starts the process.
One provides more details on the suites themselves, calling them a “luxurious escape.” Another focuses on the lounge and the exclusive services available there. Finally, the third highlights the free limousine service to the hotel and back to the airport.
When introducing a newer and higher level of service to customers, don’t just point out how special it is, - make a special offer.
