Andiamo Systems, an online, word-of-mouth measurement company, has launched a software as a service application that actively collects, processes and analyzes online social media data from millions of blogs, message boards, forums, social networks like MySpace and Twitter, plus mainstream media including news sites and trade publications.
The service then delivers actionable information to customers,
including complete sentiment and opinion analysis, speaker influence
and authority, the relevance of the article to the brand, plus an
intuitive dashboard showing word-of-mouth trending and share of voice
The information is delivered continuously in real time to Andiamo
Systems' clients via a suite of reports than can be accessed any time
from the company's Web site. They range from intuitive, high-level
reports to complete drill-down on the individual blog or article text.
The reports also can be downloaded to XLS, TXT or XML formats.
While the service is technology-based, Andiamo also employs a level of
human review in the analysis and reporting in an an effort to deliver
accurate, relevant information.
