Internet users don't mind pop-ups when these are in the form of short, one or two question surveys. —Philippe Suchet, CEO, Kefta
If you use a short survey to engage with your customers or answer their questions when they're visiting your Web site, make sure you have an automated response system so you are ready to respond to those survey results. It's vital to follow-up promptly. If "you tell me how I can help you, and then I do help you, then you'll feel better about this, and we'll both end up feeling more comfortable. And hopefully that will translate into a more satisfied customer and also a repeat buyer," says Philippe Suchet, CEO of San Francisco-based Kefta.
