It's kind of hard to get fresh air and sunlight when you're trapped in a cubicle eight hours a day. In this episode of "What Were They Thinking?" Melissa shares a new experiential marketing campaign from outdoorsy retailer L.L.Bean, in which the company has teamed up with Industrious to promote a new kind of office space: outside. As part of its "Be an Outsider at Work" campaign, L.L.Bean is bringing a pop-up outdoors co-working space to several cities in the U.S. this summer.

The pop-up tour kicked off in New York City on June 21, then will head to Boston from July 10-12, Philadelphia from July 17-19, and Madison, Wis. from July 24-26.
