Melissa has a surreal moment with a Zappos box that's not a box — aka #ImNotABox — and is joined by fellow editor and vlogger Rob Stott, of Dealerscope and the #Unboxed video series, to take a look at the campaign and do a little light crafting. Zappos is dedicated to making customers realize it's more than just an online retailer and they're more than just customers. "#ImNotABox is about inspiring you to see yourself and the world with a new perspective," reads the website, which includes both an "about the campaign" video, as well as the video that tells a story to complement the campaign.
