Results from Mack Trucks' 2017 survey revealed that some drivers felt they hadn’t received as much information as they would have liked about their trucks when they took delivery, also known as the the handover. Homing in on this, Mack Trucks set out to improve the handover CX through the development of a more consistent process, enhanced with printed and digital handover kits.
