In our most recent survey, “The Marketing Leadership Survey,” we asked respondents if they felt the roles and responsibilities of marketing leaders have changed over the past five years, and if so, how they have changed. The results clearly point towards an evolving marketing department, and department leaders who can direct this change will create a more effective team.
