Biggby Coffee Brightens its Customers’ Days
In the hotly contested world of morning joe, one Midwestern coffee chain is using a happy frog, buy-one-get-one-free deals and short blogs in its emails to get customers through its doors.
This Sept. 23 email from Biggby Coffee with the simple subject line “B treated!” makes a bold statement when opened with its bright colors and various calls to action enhancing the customer experience.
Biggby Coffee uses the statement "B happy - have fun - make friends - love people - drink great coffee" in many of its email promotions. In other emails there are a few paragraphs from Felicity (the aforementioned frog) highlighting new products or sharing an interesting story to encourage customers to make Biggby part of their daily lives.
