Monitor Your E-mail Reputation After a study conducted by e-mail management company Return Path revealed 83 percent of e-mail delivery failures are a result of the sender’s reputation, the company developed SenderScore, a free service marketers can use to review and monitor their e-mail campaigns’ reputations with recipients and ISPs.
