Vdara’s Email Marketing Offers More Luxury

Located in the middle of The Strip, Vdara is one of two non-smoking, non-gaming hotels in the City Center. Its email marketing typically focuses attention on other activities and attractions, as well as relaxation.
“Extend your stay and your offer at Vdara” reads the subject line for this recent effort. And to get it opened, the pre-header supplies more specifics. “Up to $125 Resort Credit for your next Vdara escape” it says.
An image of a couple lounging poolside at the top of the email begins to build a case: “Rejuvenate This Summer.” Below, a lineup of links gives the guest options for choosing their length of stay.
Each clicks through to the website, where they can book their visit and earn a resort credit. But that incentive is based on specific dates. Back in the email, a calendar that runs through August lets the visitor easily reference the bonus days to build their plans around.
With some groundwork laid for an extended stay, the rest of the email offers additional encouragement. The hotel’s lounge, pool, restaurant, and spa are showcased with short copy and images that click though to the site.
