The front cover lists 3 articles and their page numbers. Besides the topics mentioned there, additional content covers Lyme Disease, and the need to drink more water every day.
Inside the front cover, an article directs customers to the company’s gated website for more content. It also provides a web address for the insured to check their current plans or pay a bill.
A full page appearing later in the newsletter details the member’s coverage while traveling both inside and outside the U.S. And another page provides guidelines to call a number help line staffed by nurses for some medical concerns or questions.
The cover story’s content runs across nearly all of the 2-page spread at the middle of the mail piece. Along its left rail, a simple 3-step recipe for a sweet potato breakfast is provided. Customers are encouraged to clip it out for future reference. Anyone looking for more help saving money is urged to go online. And AARP gets in a mention of an incentive for renewing their AARP membership.
