The MarTech Money Round-up: April 26, 2016
From April 18 to 24, the following MarTech got investment, according to PitchBook, a Seattle-based M&A, private equity and venture capital database:
- TapInfluence, previously known as BlogFrog, makes a marketing automation platform that “automates the creation, management and measurement of influencer content marketing programs.” On April 19, the Boulder, Colo.-based later-stage VC “raised $14 million … putting the pre-money valuation at $36 million. ... [TapInfluence] intends to use funds to exceed surging demand, which drove over 300 percent revenue growth for the company in 2015.”
- Aplicor, develops “subscription-based and hosted customer relationship management and enterprise resource planning business software applications. The company offers sales, product strategy, software development and [program] management software applications, which synthesizes CRM with financials ERP in a single Web-based dashboard.” On April 18, the Boca Raton, Fla.-based angel-funded VC “raised $2.43 million of Series B funding … putting the pre-money valuation at $15 million.”
