Remembering List Strategist and Philanthropist Joel J. Cooper

Joel J. Cooper, 56, beloved President of List Strategies, Inc. and philanthropist, passed away unexpectedly at his Southampton home on Monday, April 13, 2015. He is survived by his partner of 16 years, Paul J. Herman, his sister Anika Cooper, his parents, Diana and Naftal Cooper and other family members and friends. Joel spent time at his homes in Southampton, Park Avenue, New York and Palm Beach, Florida. An ardent supporter of animal welfare, Joel was currently Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Southampton Animal Shelter Foundation, Inc., a personal passion, as Joel and Paul adopted their companion Billy, a beagle, from the shelter.
