QuantumDigital Enhances Integrated Marketing Suite With New E-Marketing Platform for More Effective Campaigns
Beta customers’ feedback confirms new eMarketing feature drives success for “companion marketing campaigns”
AUSTIN, Texas – May 27, 2008 – QuantumDigital, the complete online service provider for direct mail, on-demand digital printing and eMarketing solutions, today announced the addition of a new eMarketing application to its integrated marketing suite. With this eMarketing platform, entrepreneurs, professionals and businesses are able to personalize and tailor their online marketing efforts through dynamic, media-rich emails. The platform enables users to distribute permission-based, opt-in emails with the added flexibility to populate pre-defined templates or upload custom HTML designs.
In a recent survey conducted by QuantumDigital with its beta customers, 85.7 percent use the eMarketing platform to communicate news and specials to current customers. Gartner’s recent CRM Vendor Guide for 2008 confirmed the importance of integrating eMarketing into campaigns by noting that “E-marketing will continue to outpace the estimated $3.16 billion traditional marketing automation market, which is expected to grow at a 14.7 percent CAGR [compound annual growth rate] during the next five years.”
QuantumDigital’s eMarketing platform offers enhanced features such as a report that tracks each email campaign and identifies how many emails were opened, how many were received and who replied. Upon execution of a campaign, the user will be provided with information that includes the number of emails sent and how many emails are left in their current subscription plan, which will help users to plan accordingly for future email campaigns. The platform also has a built-in list management feature that allows users to save time by uploading and storing customer email lists for future campaigns. Within the list management feature, users also have the ability to continually add new contacts, search for contacts and update information, or delete entries from a saved list.
In the survey, one of QuantumDigital’s beta users noted a significant spike in attendance for a recent real estate broker event after using eMarketing as a part of their direct mail campaign. QuantumDigital’s EVP and CMO Eric Cosway stated, “QuantumDigital has seen a major trend toward eMarketing as a critical aspect of companion marketing, which also includes print mail and personalized URLs. Our intuitive eMarketing platform offers a powerful new medium to help our customers optimize their campaign results.”
