As marketers are increasingly required to validate their campaign spending, new tools to track and measure ROI are needed. Enter cross-media marketing communications software company XMPie—headquartered in New York—and its PersonalEffect 5.2, an upgrade to the personalized marketing tool.
One feature from the upgrade, called PersonalEffect Analytics, includes campaign tracking and analytics capabilities, reporting, gauges for showing Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and more. PersonalEffect 5.2 also includes a social media share function and support for PDF/VT.
Seattle-based marketing software and services provider Optify recently announced the launch of its upgrade to the Optify Real Time Marketing Software; specifically, a bundle of new social media features.
The bundled tools allow marketers to "act and track" their social media efforts in real time. Features include: a Twitter dashboard widget, Facebook "likes" integration, social media and keyword reports, and enterprise-class SEO enhancements.
In an effort to make mailing easier, Stamford, Conn.-based Pitney Bowes has released pbSmartPostage, a cloud-based customer communications management (CCM) solution for mailing and shipping services.
The new technology—the first in a series of pbSmart on-demand products—gives mailers the ability to print postage and shipping labels from any computer with an Internet connection. The flexible mailing solution benefits companies that ship smaller volumes, as well as those that are remote.
