Nuts & Bolts: Tech Talk
Monitor Your E-mail Reputation
After a study conducted by e-mail management company Return Path revealed 83 percent of e-mail delivery failures are a result of the sender’s reputation, the company developed SenderScore, a free service marketers can use to review and monitor their e-mail campaigns’ reputations with recipients and ISPs. Marketers can visit www.senderscore.org, enter their IP address or mailing domain and find their score on a scale of 0 to 100, with 100 being the best reputation among ISPs and e-mail recipients.
A Channel-transparent Experience
CommercialWare, a provider of cross-channel commerce solutions for retailers, has launched CWSerenade, a next-generation, Java-based solution that delivers cross-channel order management, customer service and fulfillment functionality. CWSerenade is comprised of seven modules that address a cross-channel retailer’s need for order management, fulfillment, customer service, warehousing/inventory control, merchandising, marketing and finance. These modules share a common database, allowing the retailer to collect and manage transaction details from all channels in real time, thus providing a channel-transparent experience for customers.

Instant Sitemap Generator Expands
Dydacomp specializes in multichannel software solutions for catalogs and e-commerce. Eighteen months ago it developed the Sitemaps 0.90 software protocol for its business clients who use Dydacomp’s Mail Order Manager SiteLINK e-commerce platform for submissions to Google. SiteLINK makes transmission of vital inventory and order data between the online store and back office operations completely automatic.
