If marketers don't have the correct change-of-address information, direct mail becomes undeliverable and costly. Enter KnowledgeBase Marketing of Richardson, Texas, and its Premium Change of Address, part of its DirectSuccess processing suite of address hygiene services.
The service, through proprietary sources, contains more than 43 million records considered undeliverable-as-addressed, and KnowledgeBase reports that it adds about 1 million records weekly to the database. These addresses have been confirmed as undeliverable by the USPS' ACS service. Fifteen million self-reported change-of-address records are also available through the Premium COA service, and additional records are added on a weekly basis.
Waltham, Mass.-based Visual IQ announced its latest SaaS-based marketing solution module, Audience IQ, part of the IQ Intelligence Platform.
By delivering prospect and current customer profiles supported by the measurable touchpoints that lead to a purchase, the module gives marketers the tools to optimize cross-channel campaigns and track and manage media programs such as direct mail, e-mail, SMS, traditional advertising, etc., in real time.
E-marketing company eWayDirect, based in Southport, Conn., has introduced Direct|Connect 4.0, its new integrated online marketing platform. It consists of a number of tools, such as e-mail marketing modules, widgets and social media modules, and is a proprietary Web-based application.
Direct|Connect 4.0 puts the necessary online tools directly into the hands of the marketer, as opposed to working with multiple vendors. It also features an analytics function and cross-channel reporting.
