Inspirato’s Mail Sells Personalized Service
Planning a vacation can be such a big chore, which is where this direct mail package comes in.

First, the mailing side of the 6”x9” outer includes the club’s logo on the flap. A redemption card shows through the oversized address window from inside. It includes a call to action for the prospect, to either go online or call a toll-free number. The tagline below the window doesn’t provide much more information: “Discover a better way to vacation.”
Inside, there is no real letter. Instead, a letter-sized sheet repeats the teaser from the address side of the envelope. Below, three pictographs sit above descriptions of three big benefits of membership in the club. Below them, one more benefit appears in a box in white-on-blue reversed-out type. “[Y]ou’ll have a dedicated service team to handle the details … and more time making memories with those you love."
The call to action appears at the bottom of the page as well as on the personalized card spot-glued at the top. It offers a personalized trip proposal to the prospect.
An insert shows through the full face window on the other side of the outer. Pictures of some of the luxury homes alternate with short phrases like: “amazing member values.” The reverse side of the insert showcases three “member favorites.” Each profile includes a photo, square footage, and other important details.
