At 9:45 a.m. Saturday, May 23, 2015 I sent Amazon a review of AUDREY & BILL: A Romantic Biography of Audrey Hepburn and William Holden.
At 10:04 a.m. this message appeared in my Yahoo mail: "Your review of Audrey and Bill just went live on Amazon.com"
In 2014 Amazon had revenues of $88.988 billion. Yet this behemoth is so efficient it received, processed, approved and published the effort of virtual nobody in just 19 minutes!

I can think of no organization more efficient at saving a customer's time and saving money.
Example: For years, I have shaved with a Norelco electric razor.
Driving around town for replacement blades costs money (gas), time and angst.
