Geeks are everywhere. And, to be honest, there have always been car enthusiasts who will do anything to make sure that their vehicles look their best. Autogeek bases its business on these customers. “Easy Wheel Care This Summer!” promises the subject line of this email, putting the focus on polishing one important component.
As in many of its emails, this effort uses a big headline and image at the top against a white background. Here, it promotes the “Speed Master Wheel Brush,” and pulls out all the stops for the product. First, after describing how brake dust damages wheel finishes, a testimonial comes next. In a few sentences, the customer describes how this brush is better than other brushes on the market.
Then, a series of six photos and paragraphs runs down the email. Each shows a feature of the brush and describes how it benefits the consumer. For example, the vinyl-coated reinforced stem uses a “heavier gauge wire to give it flexibility and stability.”
The next set of images lays out a series of steps to show exactly how to use the brush to clean wheels, and take advantage of its special features. A link goes to an article with a more detailed explanation for those who need one.
Finally, a selection of offers follow for wheel cleaning products, such as the brush, cleaning fluids, and coatings. Each clicks through to the Autogeek website.
When describing how to accomplish something, sometimes a series of images works better than a video.
