Bridgeville, Pa.-based data mining and automated analytics company ASA Corp. has released a product that integrates real and hypothetical data for better campaign preparation. SuperRFM is meant to tie predictive analytics to core business data: including recency of the last order, frequency of purchase and total monetary value (RFM).
Marketers can use the SuperRFM wizard to import and prepare data that allows new list creation and old list optimization. SuperRFM automatically recommends the best data to combine and lets marketers add in extra layers, such as product codes, gender and lifestyle information. ASA’s new product also allows colleagues to easily share results.
Enterprise SaaS
Software as a service (SaaS) is moving to the enterprise level for Renton, Wash.-based Web application development firm Etelos. Among its offerings, the company now provides the Etelos Platform Suite. With this product, vendors that serve direct marketers can implement organization-wide, tailored Web applications to better assist clients. The subscription-based suite contains: SaaS Application Platform, SaaS Marketplace Platform, SaaS Distribution Platform and SaaS Syndication Platform.
Web Site-Monitoring Widget
The new widget from technology company Demandbase of San Francisco “works like a news ticker” for marketers who are interested in which businesses visit their Web sites, what data they provide and how to contact them.
With this free download, users can customize the ticker with their own watch lists “to flag existing customers, prospects, partners and competitors …” The widget also lets marketers judge lead quality and capture ticker information to e-mail to colleagues.
