Media Horizons Management's Alan Kraft Wins DMA Award for Achievements in Insert Media Field

The Direct Marketing Association's Insert Media Council has selected Alan Kraft as its 2009 Individual Achievement Award winner. Kraft is president of Media Horizons Management, the insert media division of Norwalk, Conn. direct marketing agency Media Horizons.

Kraft founded Media Horizons in 1988, helping grow the firm into today's 40-person agency specializing in direct response. As head of its insert media group, he oversees a portfolio of programs that span more than 50 media channels.

"For many years, Alan has been actively involved in educating the direct marketing industry through his involvement in conferences, trade shows and other events," said Jeff Holland, a member of the DMA's Insert Media Council and senior vice president of advertising sampling at advertising agency The Magna group, in a prepared statement.

Kraft's contributions to the insert meda field will be recognized at the council's Roast and Toast Luncheon on December 8, at the Battery Sea Gardens Restaurant in New York City.
