Barry and I bonded during our trips to London and Germany. He had a fantastic sense of adventure. One night, we decided to wander the streets of Weisbaden and absorb the local scenery. We found a great little restuarant and had the best wienerschnitzel.
He never failed to make me laugh when he called and starting singing, "Hey there Yorgey girl!"

Favorite memories of Barry include his love of New York City and being the best tour guide ever... driving down the highway in Florida with Barry wearing a baseball cap, the top down, and the air conditioner going full blast... many wonerful dinners... the great Jerry Lewis impersonations... and my nickname -- PegLegs!

Barry was one of a kind and I will miss him!

Hallie, like you, I have fond memories of Barry. He was funny, sweet, gregarious, exasperating, frustrating, diligent, interesting, well-read and warm. I am sad that he is gone, but feel lucky to have known him.
