Via Melissa DATA's Lookups Web site, marketers can overlay carrier-route boundaries onto Virtual Earth maps, helping them target their campaigns at the carrier-route level.
Users can select carrier routes for their campaigns, and then purchase and download the resulting saturation mailing lists, which are optimized for the lowest postage rates available.
