Content delivery network Limelight Networks has bought Delve Networks , a company that runs cloud-based video publishing and analytics services. Limelight ( NSDQ: LLNW ) offered a mix of common stock and cash to buy the Seattle-based Delve, but the specific terms were not disclosed. The purchase comes little more than half a year after Limelight paid $110 million for interactive ad shop EyeWonder , one of the major rich media players in the online space.
