Customer Satisfaction Wars: Winners and Losers
Customer satisfaction showed some solid gains in the new research released by the American Customer Satisfaction Index. Customer satisfaction saw an overall increase of 0.5 percent and e-commerce led the pack with a gain of 1.2 percent. Using the data from the report, this infographic shows the winners and losers.
